Home / Terms of Use
Last updated 7 November 2026
workbramble.com is run by WorkBramble of Hepburn Springs, Victoria. These Terms of Use apply whenever you visit the site, fill in our application form or contact us through it. Browsing the pages or sending the form means you have accepted them. If you would prefer not to, please do not use the site.
The terms apply equally whether you found us through an advert, a search engine or a friend.
“WorkBramble”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to our business. “You” refers to anyone visiting the site or applying through it. “Employer” means an independent business that offers a role and pays the person who does it.
WorkBramble is a recruitment service. We advertise roles and introduce applicants to employers. We are not the employer, and using the site, sending the form or messaging HR does not create a job or an employment relationship with WorkBramble.
The site describes remote part-time and full-time roles that independent employers offer to people living in Australia. Openings change often, and a role can close or change before an introduction happens.
Our descriptions are a general overview. HR explains a role in more detail on WhatsApp and the employer confirms the specifics. Details can differ from one employer to another.
An introduction does not mean you have been hired. Whether to hire is always the employer's call.
Applying has two steps: you send the application form, then you message HR on WhatsApp so your application can be processed. WhatsApp only sends a message when you press send. If you are unable to use WhatsApp, email careers@workbramble.com and we will carry on by email instead.
WorkBramble does not ask applicants for application payments, deposits, starter packs, credits, coins, account top-ups, or money to unlock work or release wages. If someone asks you for money and says they are from WorkBramble, they are not, and we would like to hear about it.
The employer decides the pay, hours and conditions of each role. Before you begin, ask the employer to confirm in writing its registered business name, what the work involves, the rate of pay, the expected hours and when payment is made.
What you see in our adverts, on this site and in our messages should match. If you notice a difference, please tell us and we will correct whichever version is wrong.
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not use the site in a way that damages it, gets around its security, copies it with automated tools or sends spam or harmful material through it.
Do not pretend to be someone else when contacting us, and do not try to obtain information about other applicants. Anyone who abuses our team may have their contact with us ended.
The text, graphics, layout and photographs on workbramble.com belong to WorkBramble or are used under licence. Feel free to read the pages and pass links on for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Parts of our service rely on providers such as Cloudflare, Waformly, WhatsApp and Meta. Your use of those services is covered by their own terms. We do not control how they operate, so please read their policies before you share information with them.
HR replies to messages as soon as it reasonably can. Replies can be slower on public holidays or when many people apply at once. We ask everyone to keep conversations polite, and our team will do the same.
We try to keep the site online and working, but it may occasionally be unavailable or contain faults. Sections of the site may be edited, paused or taken down whenever we need to.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, WorkBramble is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from a decision made by an employer. If liability cannot be ruled out, ours is capped at providing the service to you a second time.
If we find an error on the site we fix it promptly. Neither side is held to an error that is plainly a slip.
Please give us accurate information, tell us if your contact details change, and think carefully about any offer before you accept it.
You are responsible for the security of your own phone and WhatsApp account, for the device and internet connection you use, and for any tax on money you receive from an employer.
WorkBramble is not liable for delays or failures caused by things beyond our reasonable control, including outages at services we rely on.
You can stop dealing with us at any time by telling HR or emailing us. We may close an application if the details given are inaccurate or the role is no longer open. Any part of these terms that is meant to continue, such as the limits on liability, keeps applying afterwards.
If a court finds that any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms continue to apply.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and our Compliance page, form the whole agreement between you and WorkBramble about the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and WorkBramble agree that the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Any notice from us goes to the email address or WhatsApp number you contacted us from. You can send notices to us at careers@workbramble.com.
We may revise these terms from time to time, and the dated current version will always be on this page. If you have a question about them, write to careers@workbramble.com.
