Questions people ask before applying

Can I work from my phone?

Yes. A phone is enough to get started. A tablet or a bigger screen also works if you would rather use one.

I have never worked online. Can I still apply?

You can. The training starts from the very beginning, and HR is on WhatsApp whenever something needs explaining.

I sent the form. What comes next?

Next, message HR on WhatsApp. Your form stays on hold until that message arrives.

Do I need to live near Hepburn Springs?

No. Both roles are home-based, so you can apply from any town or city in Australia.

Can I switch between part-time and full-time later?

Yes. Let HR know on WhatsApp and they will talk you through the change.

Is there training before I start?

Yes. New starters finish a short online course first, so the routine already feels familiar on day one.
