WorkBramble wants people to understand exactly what they are applying for and to feel safe at every stage. This page describes the standards we hold our role listings, our adverts and our contact with applicants to.
It is a summary. The full detail is in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and those documents prevail if anything here appears to differ.
We only advertise roles that employers actually have open. We do not publish pay figures as promises, invented ratings or made-up placement numbers. If an advert and the site say different things, we correct the one that is wrong.
WorkBramble never collects money from applicants, whether as a deposit, a starter kit, a training charge, credits or a top-up. We also never ask for passwords, verification codes or access to online banking.
Before you start, ask the employer to confirm in writing who they are, what the work involves, how much it pays and when payment is made. HR can give you an overview on WhatsApp, but the employer's written terms are the ones to rely on.
Applications are welcome from any adult who lives in Australia. We do not exclude anyone because of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or a similar attribute.
If a different format or extra help during training would make things easier for you, tell HR and we will do what we reasonably can.
New starters complete a short online course before they begin, and HR stays reachable on WhatsApp throughout. Nobody is expected to start until they feel ready.
The lessons run on a phone, and you can stop partway through and come back to them later without losing your place. If a lesson leaves you unsure, ask HR to go over it with you before moving on.
Employers we work with must describe their roles truthfully, pay what they have agreed and treat applicants with respect. We look into every complaint about an employer and stop making introductions where a concern is confirmed.
Real WorkBramble contact comes from the WhatsApp number linked on this site or from an email address ending in @workbramble.com. We will not ask you to move to an unfamiliar app, open a payment link or share your screen. If anyone does, please do not reply and let us know.
Our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles govern how your details are looked after.
If an advert, a message or a role does not look right, email careers@workbramble.com with as much detail as you can. A person on our team reads each report and we will tell you what we found.
Images and examples on this site are meant to give a fair, general picture of home-based work. The photos show people working and do not depict specific employers or applicants. We update the site when a role changes.
We look again at these standards each time our process changes, and in any case every twelve months. Each revision appears on this page with its own date.
